CMT DUKESFEST 2006 ADDS
HISTORY MAKING SHOW ON SATURDAY NIGHT
 NASHVILLE, TN (April
5, 2006) When thousands of Dukes of Hazzard fans gather for CMT DukesFest
2006 in Nashville, they will be treated to something unprecedented in
"Hazzard" history. On Saturday evening, June 3rd, the entire Dukes cast
will perform together onstage for the first time.
"We'll feature John Schneider and Tom Wopat, of course, but we'll all be joining in for a tribute to our fans," says Ben "Cooter" Jones, who with his wife Alma has produced the event for the past six years.
Jones, Schneider (Bo Duke), and Tom Wopat (Luke) will be joined onstage by Catherine Bach (Daisy Duke), James Best (Rosco P. Coltrane), Sonny Shroyer (Enos) and Rick Hurst (Cletus).
 "We've only been all
together onstage one time, last year at the CMT Awards, but we didn't
perform. It was so much fun, though, we thought we'd all get together
again," says "Cooter".
Both Schneider and Wopat have had great musical success beyond their "Dukes" stardom, ranging from country music chart busters to Broadway leads.
The entire cast will also be available for autographs and pictures on both days of CMT DukesFest, Saturday, June 3rd and Sunday, June 4th.
"Saturday night will be special," says Jones. "The great Billy Joe Shaver will play, we're having a demolition derby, as well as the world's fastest lawn mower race. Then we'll have the "Dukes" concert, followed by THE PARADE of THE GENERAL LEES and we'll wrap up the night with a fireworks show. Now, that's what I call a Hazzard County Saturday night!"

at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Advance sale tickets are on sale

locations and Cooter's Place stores in Gatlinburg and Nashville. Customers

Advance tickets for the two-day event are $30, and one-day passes are $20. Weekend passes are $35 at the gate and $25 for the day. Children 10 and under are free, as well as military service men and women with proper ID.

Throughout the days their will be multiple activities happening simultaneously;
Car Show, Children's Play Area, NASCAR Simulators, Wrestling, Extreme
Bike Stunt Shows, CMT Mobile Unit, Model Car Show, Great Vendors,
Rides in a Ski Car(a Rosco Police Car that drives with only 2 Wheels
on the ground-there will be a $10 charge for these rides.) and Meet
and greet Autograph Sessions with the Stunt Drivers and the Dukes
of Hazzard cast.
